The image fits so well the story of a lost and lonely childhood.
Writing and art are the two things that can set you right again.

Yes, the image is perfect. Booktin chose it to go with the piece and I could not be more pleased! I have received so much healing through my writing and other creative endeavors. It is amazing.

I, too, abandoned my writing for many years. I don't know why as it was as essential as air when I was a child. But know I am writing even though my life is good. What a change!

I love your way with words and your descriptions of why you wrote as a child. Congratulations on being published on Booktin. That is a BIG deal!!

I am intrigued as to why I would have given up something so important as well. It seems I did not understand its importance in my life until I picked up the pen again. Thank you so much for your encouraging words.

So many of us can relate to your situation in one way or another. I understand losing everything you thought was important in your life just to find you were being lead to the place you were probably meant to be all along.

You know, had I not suffered that loss I could never be where I am now. Life is so different than I ever thought it could be. Over and over again I see the impossible made possible. I am so glad others can relate. My hope is that my writing will help others not feel so alone and that it gives them a little batch of hope just when they need it. Thanks for taking the time to comment!
